The Travelcare travel agents, based at Savacentre in the Eastgate Centre, Basildon, have been collecting eggs ready to deliver them to children at Basildon Hospital.
Since the weekend the staff have managed to collect almost two dozen which they will hand deliver on Saturday.
Acting branch manager Laura Gosden said: "We just wanted to make sure they did not miss out.
"It does not cost much to make some sick children smile."
The travel agents will collect eggs until Friday.
