Rayleigh's Fitzwimarc were given a French lesson by Southend High for girls when the two schools clashed in a top hockey final.

For Charlotte French scored two of the goals as Southend won 3-0 to clinch the Castle Point, Rochford and Southend Schols' under-14 Cup.
Sarah Edkins completed the scoring for the Southchurch Boulevard based school, who team was captained by Claire Trask.
