Park your car and walk . . . or leave it at home altogether. That is the message for soccer fans planning to attend tonight's match at Park Lane between Canvey Island and Ryman Premier league leaders Aldershot.
Aldershot are said to be planning to bring up to 1,500 supporters to the game.
Island secretary Frances Roche said: "Aldershot supporters coaches will be housed at the nearby bus garage and we must warn people that car parking at the ground itself and in immediate surrounding streets will be virtually nil."
Segregation of rival fans will be in force but, although police will have a watching brief in the area due to the large crowd expected, officials are not expecting any trouble among an attendance expected to be over the 2,000 mark.
