The Westwood Karate Club ace's showing earned her the prestigious Kawasoe Cup as the day's star performer.
Rachel was equally successful in the brown belt section, winning both individual kata and kumite. The younger girls team of Caroline Fellowe, Christina Campbell and Kimberly Maltby also took gold in the under-5ft team kumite, while Christina claimed individual silver in the kata and Kimberly was kumite runner-up.
The boys got in on the act taking both the over and under-5ft team kumite titles.
Over-5ft team of Lee Wiseman, Christopher Tomlinson and Sam Kemp added kata silver and Chris was kumite runner-up, a position he repeated when teaming up with Lee in the jiyu-ippon kumite.
Jamie Lee, Tom Owen and Taylor Smerdon were the under-5ft champs. Tom's fantastic day saw him collect further golds in the individual and under-11 kata. Jamie's sister Emma was the silver medalist and took top spot in the brown belt kata.
