The Southend Volunteer Bureau in Alexandra Street is hoping to track down the oldest volunteer in the surrounding area.
"There is no prize I'm afraid." said manager, Rachelle Rubin. "It's just for a bit of fun and proves that age is no barrier to volunteering."
