Rochford Citizen's Advice Bureau was today planning a major expansion to cope with increasing demands on its services.
It is asking Rochford District Council as the landlord of its premises in Back Lane what its views would be on proposals to expand the existing building.
The Rayleigh and Rochford CAB has been considering various proposals for allowing more space for its activities.
The solution is to extend the existing premises across the two car parking spaces near the building, also including a walkway into the Back Lane car park.
The bureau would not be looking for council funding but hoped to finance the scheme from other sources.
