Would you Adam and Eve it? A right old Cockney knees up on Canvey raised £863.74 for the Royal National Lifeboat Institution.
Canvey RNLI staged the uproarious singing and dancing event at the Halcon Barge, Canvey.
Social secretary Dave Burgess said: "It was very successful, everybody enjoyed it. We had a lovely shellfish stall, donated by Tanis Wakefield and run by our chairman George Beacham.
"There were jellied eels, cockles and whelks, and we had a fish and chip supper. We had a very good entertainer in Jan Burnette who played all the singalong music.
"We had Cockney dances and had a wonderful raffle with prizes donated by local traders. Some people dressed up."
