Southend United's very own Mr Flexible, Daryl Sutch, urged his team mates to keep talking their way to victory at Scunthorpe tomorrow.
The 31-year-old has played in central midfield and defence, plus right-back, since joining Blues on a month long contract from Norwich City four games ago.
And the experienced performer, who played 305 Premiership and First Division matches at Carrow Road, has targeted a fourth successive win for his new club at Glanford Park.

"All the lads are looking forward to the Scunthorpe match with confidence," said Sutch.
"Three straight wins has got us all looking upwards, when only a few weeks ago we were stuck on the same amount of points, right between the relegation and play-off zones.
"And I think a lot of our recent success comes down to greater communication on the pitch.
"I've tried to give the boys some direction by getting them talking and we need to keep it going at Scunthorpe."
Blues are 12th in Division Three and victory tomorrow will close the gap on Scunthorpe, who are currently riding high in fourth spot, to one point.
And Sutch, who also played in goal once for Norwich at Huddersfield, said he was ready to commit his future to Southend.
"I've settled in quickly here and I would love to sign a longer term deal," he added.
