Murder squad detectives were today probing the death of a man whose blood-soaked body was found in a Laindon home.
Police discovered the man - who has not yet been named - at a house in Kathleen Ferrier Crescent, Laindon.

The grim discovery was made shortly after 4am today after the police forced their way into the house following a 999 call.
Forensic experts and a major investigation team were called to the scene.
The house has been sealed off and police are now working to establish the facts surrounding the death and will examine the house for any evidence.
Police confirmed the death was being treated as suspicious.
A 22-year-old local man was arrested on suspicion of murder outside the house and is now in custody being questioned by police.
