Twin glory - for Thurrock Harrier Andrew Rolfe
Overall placings saw Southend AC's Adam Hickey take the under-15s and Thurrock Harrier Andrew Rolfe the under-17s, while J Nunn (Billericay Striders) was the men's champion and Southend's Peter Binns the top over 50 veteran. Southend took the under-15 team prize.
For the females there were no local individual overall successes, but Southend collected both the under-17 and under-13 team awards with Basildon on top for the under-15s.
