Meet Mr Jinx - the appropriately-named moggie who used up one of his nine lives when he was shot in the face.
Thanks to a specialist vet surgeon, Mr Jinx has had reconstructive surgery to his jaw and is on the road to recovery.
The black and white cat had his jaw broken by the bullet on Sunday - but his owners did not realise anything was wrong until the following day.

Deborah Barrow, of Pound Lane, Bowers Gifford, said: "He hid when he got home that night so we didn't know he was hurt.
"They said he was lucky to survive - if the bullet had hit any higher it would have killed him. It worries me someone who could do that could do something to my children. It is very shocking."
