Three sisters are launching their Colchester letting agency with a New Year's resolution - they promise a fair deal for landlords and tenants alike.
Nicola Hamblion, 36, Lyndsey Ives, 30, and Danielle Fuller, 24, have opened Hot Lets in High Street.
Business trio - sisters Danielle, Lyndsey and Nicola
Nicola said: "We aim to ensure that both sides enjoy the best possible service."
They have all had previous experience in the letting business.
Nicola added: "There is tremendous demand for rental property in Colchester. There are people who can't afford to get on the ladder to buy, as well as professionals coming to the area to work and need short lets while they find their own homes. "
"We shall advise landlords on what rents to charge and how overpricing can be counterproductive."
