A group of former bouncers, drug addicts, and armed robbers turned bodybuilders were out in force at the weekend to talk to church-goers about how their awesome power has been born out of God's love.
They were sharing their worldly experiences with members of the Thundersley- based Men's Breakfast Bar.

The congregation at Thundersley church in Kenneth Road heard Tough Talk - about how the power of God has been working in men's lives through their sport.
Each year there has been a tremendous increase in the number of men from Thundersley, Benfleet, Canvey, Rochford and Brentwood attending the events at the Kenneth Road church.
Organiser Roy Osbourne believes the atmosphere and the "magnificent buffet breakfasts" which include cheeses, meats and cereals, adds to the attraction.
