A man who had hundreds of pounds worth of damage done to three cars after paint stripper was thrown over them has appealed for witnesses to come forward.
Michael Levy, of Woodcutters Avenue, Leigh, said he woke to find a Honda Accord, a Peugeot and a Volvo estate which he had only bought on New Year's Day, badly damaged by vandals.

Mr Levy said: "The cars belong to myself, my wife and my son who is in Australia and doesn't yet know his car has been damaged.
"I think it must have been something like paint stripper to do so much damage."
