Kelly, who has an 18-day-old baby as well as two other children, aged one and four, will be made homeless within the next ten days after Basildon Council decided to throw her out of the house in Frettons, Pitsea.
She says she deeply regrets having loud friends round, who drank and shouted outside the house.
Kelly, who lives with her boyfriend Jay Robinson, 19, said: "It was a terrible mistake having so many people here. We did try to take notice of the letters from the council and would try to be quieter, but after a few months the noise would start again.
"We stopped everybody coming in here in the last month and have kept the noise down but with three kids it has been impossible to be quiet."
