Dagenham & Redbridge continued their exceptional love affair with the FA Cup when their name went into the Fourth Round draw after they shared four goals with Plymouth Argyle at Home Park on Saturday.
The Daggers were not treated kindly when the numbers came out for the next round, a tie awaits them at either Norwich or Brighton should they overcome Plymouth in next Tuesday's replay at Victoria Road.
Not that will concern the plucky Essex side whose manager Gary Hill said, "We are producing a real tradition for ourselves. There's something very, very special about the cup and it's great to be regarded as the side that's likely to spring a surprise.
Hill preferred to leave all the speculation about setting a new club record by reaching the Fifth Round stating, "We won't even consider the Norwich Brighton scenario until we overcome Plymouth although if we did get through, I'd like to probably be going to Norwich."
