Clacton Town manager Richie Powling hopes his side prove a point tonight when then entertain Ipswich Wanderers.
The Seasiders boss still has painful memories of September's 2-1 defeat against the Suffolk club at Humber Doucy Lane.
"They annihilated us that day, especially in the first half," said Powling.
"We've got a score to settle and hopefully we'll give them more of a game this time around."
Heavy rain has left the Seasiders without a match since their 2-1 success at Dereham before Christmas.
But hopes are high tonight's game can go ahead as planned so long as no more rain fell today.
