Newly-made mums and dads in the area are set to benefit from a range of activities to help them with their new baby.
The Basildon, Billericay and Wickford National Childbirth Trust are holding a post natal group and talks on nutrition for babies.
The post natal group is a six week course and encourages new parents to share experiences and ideas in a relaxed environment.
Babies up to six months are welcome and bottle warming and changing facilities are available. The course will start from Tuesday January 14 between 1 and 2.30pm and will be held at the Friends Meeting House, Southend Road, Billericay.
A talk entitled, Nutrition and Behaviour - are they linked? will also be held by the trust.
It will be held on Wednesday January 22 at 8pm at the South Green Memorial Hall in Southend Road, Billericay.
