Leigh couple George and Lisa Henry are to fly to Malaysia in April to see the new independence of the conjoined twins they helped separate.
Mr and Mrs Henry, of Leighview Drive, run the children's charity Happy World and brought Ahmad and Mohammad bin Rosli to the UK in August as Siamese twins.
After weeks of fundraising bids, Saudi Arabia's Crown Prince Abdullah heard of the couple's plea for funding help and paid for the operation in his country.
The four-year-olds returned to Malaysia as separate boys and now have artificial legs.
Mr Henry, 50, said: "Our job is done now as far as the twins are concerned, but we want to move on and help others.
"We are really looking forward to seeing them again and watching them walk."
The couple are looking for people to help them collect money for Happy World.
