Collections for Leukaemia Research Fund based in Billericay has raised a huge sum of £25,521 this year.
Stamps, postcards and other donations were sent to Brenda and Nigel Lawley and then sold to fund vital research for leukaemia patients.
Mrs Lawley from Hillhouse Close, said: "It goes without saying all charities need help and we are no exception. We have an amazing team of about 40 helpers who sort the majority of what we are sent. We are always looking for people to help in whatever they can.
"We have been exceptionally lucky to receive large and small amounts of money from many different people and organisations."
