Royal snapper for The Sun, Arthur Edwards, has been capturing the Royals for more than 25 years and has now been awarded an MBE for his dedicated service to the newspaper industry.
Mr Edwards, 62 has lived in Hanging Hill Lane, Hutton, for 27 years and has travelled all over the world while photographing the Royal Family.
He said: "It is an honour to be awarded with an MBE for the work I have done. I have spent 25 years as Royal photographer and travelled to over 100 countries. I just hope to continue doing so as I don't intend to quit just yet."
In 2000 he published a commemorative book, The Queen Mum - Her First 100 Years, with Charles Rae which captures her life in pictures.
After zooming in on her for 25 years, the book traces her life from her birth in 1900 until her 100th birthday on August 4 2000.
Princess Diana's funeral, the Queen's Jubilee and the Queen Mother's death are just some of the memorable events he has covered through his job.
He said: "I first saw Diana as a 19-year-old girl and photographed her for 17 years and also covered her funeral.
"I went all round the world to cover the Queens Jubilee including Australia, Jamaica, Canada, Northern Ireland and was also there to capture the million people who filled into the Mall for the Jubilee Concert."
His two sons have followed in their father's footsteps and are both working for The Sun.
