Incredibly, Nellie Barden is 103, although her soft skin and lively eyes make her look at least 20 years younger.
And her secret? Just enjoy life, don't drink or smoke - and use moisturiser instead of soap.
Nellie's formula was a popular topic when she celebrated her 103rd birthday, surrounded by generations of her family, friends and carers at her residential home.

Four generations of the great-great-grandmother's family came together for the celebration at Barling Lodge, in Little Wakering.
Lodge manager Donna Winterborne said: "The party was lovely and Nell really enjoyed it. Despite her age, her health is great, although she is in a wheelchair.
"She has never smoked or drank and I think the secret to her longevity is hard work, enjoying life and looking after her family."
Nellie, a widow who had two sons, formerly lived in Benfleet and worked as a matron's helper for 22 years.
