Youngsters are being warned to think about their future health and take exercise.
The warning comes from the team at Club 2K One based at the Brentwood Centre, Doddinghurst Road, Brentwood.
It meets every Friday between 6 and 9pm and is aimed at teaching youngsters aged between 12 and 16 about the benefits of regular exercise and healthy eating.
Spokesman, Kelly Hopwood, said: "Health should be taken seriously especially with the concerns that obesity, diabetes and heart disease are on the increase
"Computers and video games are great in moderation but sitting in a chair night after night could be bad for youngster's health."
