Early years pupils in Dovercourt can look forward to brighter playtimes thanks to their artistic parents.
Children from All Saints' Primary School designed a mural to add a bit of colour to the new early years' play area.
It depicts scenes of Old Harwich including houses, the Electric Palace Cinema, St Nicholas' Church and then moves to seascapes with the Stena Line ferry, rock pools and different seasons.
The mural was designed by pupils, but painted by Harwich artist Daphne Sandham with the help of parents Debbie Pharaoh, Heidi Seddon and Anita Layland.
