Thurrock's inconsistent season continued when they crashed to defeat at the bottom club.
A converted try put Twickers on top early and Thurrock's cause was hindered further when wing forward Ben Partridge was lost to injury.
Tees bossed the line-outs, but they couldn't turn pressure into points due to misplaced passes and penalties.
Paul McCarthy -- Partridge's replacement -- went off injured and Twickenham scored two tries and a penalty before Wayne Tredwell scored a late Tees consolation.
