A group which helps teenagers has had a new disabled access fitted to its premises.
It is hoped the £1,800 investment will mean Teen Talk Harwich will be able to reach even more youngsters.
Co-ordinator Marian Rowland said the base in Cliff Road, Dovercourt, had seen doors widened to enable wheelchair access.
She said: "We felt that we should be open to everybody. We won't be able to provide toilet facilities our toilets are downstairs but apart from that we can provide any facilities that anybody would need."
There is already a ramp to the front door, which has been widened. Inside office doors have also been enlarged.
Teen Talk offers a confidential befriending service to teenagers in the Harwich area.
