Class sizes in Castle Point have not fallen over the last two years and remain far too high, according to MP Bob Spink
The Minister of State for Education, David Miliband, revealed that this year there were 19 primary schools with classes of 30 pupils or more in the local area.
Mr Spink today said: "Class sizes rose last year and have now fallen to the level they were three years ago and this is simply not good enough."
