The managing director of 24seven has apologised to customers who have been without power for five days.
Nearly 3,000 households were still without power after storms knocked out supplies on Sunday.
Alan Carey said: "I want to apologise to all of our customers who have experienced problems. Our staff are working very hard to minimise the inconvenience and will continue to do that."

Mr Carey, who lives in Croydon and has been unaffected by the power cuts himself, said there were about 300,000 homes without electricity in the beginning in places including Essex, Suffolk and Cambridgeshire.
He said there were still more than 10,000 without power and they were working to get those back on supply.
Mr Carey said there were 700 high voltage faults as a result of the storm where usually there would be between just four and ten on an average working day.
And he said there were only three high voltage faults left to repair.
He said: "Our aim is to restore people by the weekend."
