Thomas Gaardsoe is hungry for another taste of European football.
The Danish defender has recovered from a back injury in time to make tonight's squad for the match against Czech outfit Slovan Liberec.
And, having been in the side for August's qualifying round clash in Luxembourg against Avenir Beggen, he is desperate to stake his claim for another starting role.
He told the Evening Gazette: "I also got a very quick run-out about five minutes against Inter Milan at Portman Road last season so I know how special it can be playing in Europe.
"I'm hungry for another chance to pit my wits against some top players and I'm expecting another very tough battle against Liberec.
"They've got a good track record in the competition and there's a lot of talented players emerging from their country at the moment."
