Boxer Sir Henry Cooper pulled no punches when he skipped into town to launch his new book.
The former sporting star took a trip down Memory Lane when he popped into WHSmith in Lakeside to sign copies of his new biography.
My hero - Henry Cooper meets fan Tim Mercer at WHSmith
Among the many fans who queued to meet the celebrity was Tim Mercer, of Stifford Clays, who not only wanted an autograph in his book - but on a pair of Sir Henry's boxer shorts which had been donated to Stifford Clays Boxing Club in 1971.
The donation was to help the club raise cash when it was first set up.
