A firm which is planning to open a new pub in London Road, Westcliff, has put forward plans for new signs and outside seating at the former bank site.
Estuary Pub Company operates Bellinis in London Road, Leigh, the Hamlet Court in Hamlet Court Road, Westcliff, and Mariners Court in Leigh Broadway and has a new pub opening next month in Southchurch Road, Southend.
The application will be considered by Southend Council's development control committee at a later date.
