Southend's transport chief Roger Weaver has slammed bus firm Arriva after news of a further cut in the town's services.
The company, formerly known as Southend Transport, has told the council it is going to withdraw its peak time route 6A from the Snakes Lane and Whitehouse Road areas of Eastwood.
Arriva said this would enable them to provide a better service to customers in other areas.
