Superfit Rick Waters has scooped an award at the Mr Britain Bodybuilding championships.

The computer operations worker, of Nobles Green Road, Eastwood, was top in the Over-43's Masters class.

Rick, 45, who works out at the Academy Fitnesss gym in London Road, Westcliff, said: "My wife Karen is overjoyed - although she isn't a great lover of rippling muscles."
