About £50,000 is up for grabs for voluntary groups providing a service to residents in Tendring.
The windfall is being offered by Tendring Primary Care Trust in grants.
It will be made available in the form of partnership funding to projects and services which work with the Trust's health improvement and modernisation programme.
So far this year, £155,000 has been shared out between groups, including Age Concern, Upbeat, Clacton and District Stroke Association, Headway, Citizens' Advice Bureau, Teentalk and Colchester and Tendring Minority Ethnic Partnership.
Initial proposals must be submitted by November 15.
