A major investment is being pumped into Clacton's multi-million pound shopping village as part of an ongoing programme of refurbishment and improvement.
The Guinea Group, which operates Clacton Factory Shopping Village, is modernising the site and giving it a facelift, including a new logo.
At the same time, a number of the most popular stores are increasing in size and moving into new units.
Choice has tripled to some 12,000 sq ft as part of the first phase of the scheme and the superstore will open next Wednesday.
Leading Labels has also opened a new refurbished store and JD Sports is to double in size and will open its new unit with a bigger range of sportswear and equipment during next month.
