Among the loot taken was a 28-inch Matsui silver television, a Panasonic stereo, a gold Figaro chain with cross, gold Figaro bracelet as well as four men's rings.
The thieves got into the flat in Cumberland Court, Pembury Street between 5.30pm on Saturday and 1am on Sunday through an open kitchen window and even stopped to raid the kitchen freezer of several frozen food items.
Police are appealing to anyone with information on the burglary to contact them on 01702 431212.
