Meet the mini-Gunners who will be the mascots for a charity football match with Arsenal ex-professionals and celebrities from the world of showbusiness.
Mascots Mikey Knight and Jack Beeson with Marion
Mikey Knight, 23 months of Clacton, and Jack Beeson, 16 months of St Osyth, were both born with hand deficiencies and will be toddling out on to the Clacton pitch before the kick-off with the teams later this month.
The match and family day at Rush Green Bowl, Clacton, on Sunday, October 27, will be raising money for Reach which helps children with hand and arm deficiencies
The mega fundraising day is being organised by Marion Knight of St John's Road, Clacton, to repay the help the charity gave to her and Mikey when he was born in November, 2000.
Mikey was a much longed for baby and arrived after nine years through IVF treatment.
He had been a twin but the other baby was lost earlier in the pregnancy and Mikey was born with only one digit on his right hand and no palm and his left hand had just three fingers.
