A painting which usually hangs in the Essex village the artist put on the map has been selected by one of Britain's most famous living artists for a show in Paris.
John Constable's The Ascension, which normally hangs on the south wall of St Mary's Church in Dedham, is being displayed at a major exhibition of the artist's work which have been curated by artist Lucien Freud.
