A brother has paid tribute to his sister after her tragic death.
Gordon Robinson, 40, said he was very close to his sister Loraine Roberts, who died at Chelmsford's Broomfield Hospital hours after falling from the ninth floor ledge of the multi-storey car park at the town's High Chelmer shopping centre.
Mr Robinson said the family were pulling together and supporting each other after the loss of his younger sister, who lived in the Broomfield area of Chelmsford.
The 38-year-old lived with her three children, a daughter, aged 16, and two sons, aged 17 and 13.
Her oldest child will be 18 in six weeks and is to be the guardian of his brother and sister.
Mr Robinson, of Derbyshire, said: "It will take a long time for these emotions to go their course.
"It is the most tragic thing that has happened and you cannot prepare yourself for something like this."
