Rochford Rugby Club are targeting a big season in London Three North-east after appointing new coach Dave Wheeler.
Dave replaces Darryl Edwards, who has stepped down to concentrate on his role as Director of Youth Rugby at the Magnolia Road club.
The new man was once at Blackheath and has recruited former Southend and Westcliff coach Alan Myles to school the forwards.
