A brother and sister who helped save a three-year-old girl from drowning in a swimming pool have received a second honour for their brave efforts.
Darren and Danielle Griffiths, of London Road, Clacton, sprung into action after the youngster was spotted floating face down in the water.
Danielle, 12, called out to her 15-year-old brother, who swam over to rescue the child.
The incident happened while the two Clacton County High School pupils were on holiday with their parents, Kevin and Loraine, in Cala D'Or, Majorca.
On their return last summer, the pair were nominated for a British Red Cross Humanity Award.
They scooped the eastern region title and made it through to the national finals.
Now they have been awarded a letter of commendation by Peter Brown, St John Ambulance's chief commissioner for youth.
The letters were handed over at a special presentation evening of Frinton and Walton St John Ambulance.
