Darren Bent today cursed himself for missing out on Ipswich Town's goal glut against rivals Leicester.
The Blues humbled one of the sides tipped to challenge them for honours this term, trouncing the Foxes 6-1 at Portman Road.
Matt Holland and Pablo Counago were the two-goal heroes, joined on the mark by Darren Ambrose and Finidi George.
But there was no room on yesterday's scoresheet for Bent, who squandered two gilt-edged chances to widen the gulf.
He told the Evening Gazette: "I was so pleased for the lads but cross and gutted with myself for missing my chances.
"It would have been nice to score my first goals in front of such a big home crowd, but I'll have to be patient."
