Police are concerned for the welfare of a 42-year-old man who was reported missing a week ago.
Stephen Chipperfield, of Gilders Way, Clacton, was suffering from depression and was last seen on Monday, August 12, after he left his home.
He was described as 6ft, with a very slim build and brown hair.
A police spokesman said: "We are especially concerned because Stephen was suffering from depression."
