A scorcher of a weekend awaits visitors to V2002 but take it easy is the advice.
As the temperature starts to rise for this weekend's music event in Hylands Park, Chelmsford, festival goers have been told there will be water points around the site.
Paul Gates deputy county commissioner for operations for St John Ambulance at the festival said people should make sure they drink plenty of water, stay out of direct sunlight, wear high factor sunscreen and a hat and be moderate with alcohol
