Police are investigating after children were photographed in the Colchester Leisure World changing rooms

Two girls aged under ten were getting dressed after a swim when a man stuck a camera under the cubicle door

He took a picture and then ran away.

The sisters were with their mother at the time in the Leisure Pool changing rooms.

Their outraged father, 31, said: "Swimming pools are great places for these sort of people. The leisure centre needs to put some CCTV cameras around the place. They need to put a camera on all the exit points."

Colchester Leisure World marketing manager Karen Tye said Leisure World had stepped up its security by posting two members of its cleaning staff in the changing rooms on a full-time vigil.
