Leigh's new loos have now opened providing much needed relief for shoppers and visitors in the town.
The state-of-the-art conveniences, in Elm Road, were officially unveiled by council cabinet member in charge of environmental affairs, Ann Holland.
She said the design of the building was superb and also involved excellent craftsmanship.
Mrs Holland added: "As a council we have started our programme of toilet refurbishment with Leigh as our first priority and then we will be providing a new toilet block on the London Road junction with Hamlet Court Road later in the year."
