Police are trying to trace suspects seen near the scene of two attempted burglaries in the same Southend road.
In the first attempt, the metal framework around the windows and patio doors of a house in Trinity Road were tampered with, causing £200 in damage.
The suspect was male, white, of slim build and aged 16 to 17 years old. He was 5ft 10ins tall with short brown hair and he wore light-coloured trousers and a top.
In the second attempt a screwdriver was used to try to gain entry to a bungalow, causing £150 worth of damage. Two men were seen to leave the garden.
The first was white, of slim build, aged 18 to 20 years old and 5ft 7ins tall.
He had short brown hair and wore a blue and white baseball cap.
A second man was of similar age and build, 5ft 9ins tall with a long face, short blonde hair and he wore a sports top.
