Basildon golf cadet Daniel Brooks lifted the Essex Boys championship following a fine performance at the Hainault course.
Daniel, the first Basildon golfer to win this award for 30 years, lifted the trophy after carding two excellent rounds of 69 in the morning and 69 in the afternoon.
He also claimed the best score for the under-16s for the second year in succession.
Daniel enjoyed more success in the team event at the championship after joining forces with Ben Tobin and David Wilkin.
And the youngster wasn't finished there. Daniel also picked up the Public Courses Boys championship at Tamworth with a 3 under par score of 70 to crown a triumphant run.
