Dental workers are taking a leap of faith for charity.

The two staff members at the High Woods and St John's Dental Practice are looking to the skies in anticipation of their 10,000 ft tandem skydive on April 6.

Dental nurse Kerri Smith, 19, and receptionist Claire Catterill, 22, have already raised more than £400 each towards the Essex Air Ambulance jump in Cambridge.

Colleague Gemma Norman said the whole surgery was proud of them.

Customers have been very generous, she added, and the boss of the practice gave £50 to both of the daredevils
