Mark Venus is hoping to put one over on his former manager when Ipswich Town lock horns with Aston Villa.
The Blues centre-half worked under new Villa boss Graham Taylor during his years at Midlands rivals Wolves.
And, speaking ahead of tomorrow's clash at Portman Road, Venus said: "Villa are an honest, hard-working side with a couple of flair players.
"They've had an average season but they'll be working hard to impress the new manager. They're playing for their futures."
Venus added: "You don't have to be stupid to work out some games are more winnable than others. Tomorrow's falls into that category simply because we're at home."
Ipswich beat Coventry 4-1 yesterday in the FA Premier Reserve League.
Their goals were scored by Darren Bent (two), Martijn Reuser and Ulrich Le Pen.
